Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return (see exceptions below).

  • Start a return by emailing us. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.

    Items sent back without an RMA can’t be accepted.

Eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused/unworn, with all original packaging/tags. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Important category rules (TCG/collectibles)

  • Sealed products (booster boxes/packs, ETBs, accessories): must be factory-sealed and unopened.

  • Singles (raw/ungraded): all sales final unless we shipped the wrong item. Market volatility + handling risk means we can’t take singles back once delivered.

  • Graded cards: returns accepted only if we shipped the wrong slab/grade, or the case arrived damaged.

  • Opened items, mystery products, breaks/raffles, digital items, gift cards: non-returnable.

  • Custom orders/special orders: non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

If you’re unsure which category your item falls into, email us before sending anything back.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and item (close-ups of any damage)

We’ll make it right—replacement, refund, or credit depending on stock.


How Returns Work

  1. Request RMA: email us within 30 days.

  2. Pack safely: original packaging + outer protection.

  3. Ship: use the prepaid label we provide (if applicable) or your own trackable method per our instructions.

  4. Inspection & refund: once received and approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may need additional time.

If more than 15 business days pass after approval without a refund posting, contact us.


Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest path is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. We’ll refund the original once it clears inspection.


Preorders & Cancellations

  • You can cancel a preorder before it ships; a 5% payment processing fee may be deducted.

  • Release dates are set by manufacturers/distributors and may change. If a product is heavily allocated, we’ll issue prompt refunds for any unfulfillable quantities.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping isn’t refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For buyer’s-remorse returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund if we provide the label.

  • A reasonable restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply to returns missing packaging or requiring reconditioning.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. You’ll need your receipt/proof of purchase.
