At Deep Water Collectibles, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and securely as possible.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once processed.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • International delivery times vary widely and may take several weeks.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Deep Water Collectibles is not responsible for delays or lost packages once the carrier takes possession.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and items.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at deepwatercollectibles@gmail.com.

  3. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
